Philosophy
The winery concept in its purest form: own vineyards, own grapes, own wine. 25 hectares of vineyards are tended. Soil cultivation and greening management are the adjusting screws for balanced vine growth. Only fully ripe, healthy grapes are selectively picked by hands.
Taste
This full-bodied is matured in oak and develops an impressive scent of wild berries and cherries, with a spicy note of white pepper and chocolate on the palate.
Production
Fully ripe, healthy grapes are selectively picked by hand. Fermentation on the mash and maceration takes place for 3 to 4 weeks. It is aged in small French oak barrels for 24 months.
